Pre & Post-Frenectomy Care
Sensory Integration

Sensory integration is the foundation for how children move, connect, and feel safe in their bodies. When the brain struggles to organize input from sound, touch, movement, and more, everyday tasks can feel overwhelming. That’s where we come in.

At Kinspire Therapy, we gently guide your child’s sensory system to better regulate, respond, and adapt. Through playful, purposeful movement, we help children make sense of their world building the skills they need for calm bodies, clear communication, and joyful participation in life.

OPTIMAL TIMING OF RELEASE is important to consider for a successful and long lasting lip/tongue tie release. We take into consideration postural development, oral motor development, airway/facial development and overall function to ensure timing of release. We help prepare your child’s body for a more effective frenectomy and support healing long after the procedure. With a calm, hands-on approach, we release tension via craniosacral therapy and myofascial release, improve oral range of motion, and strengthen key muscles involved in feeding and breathing.

After the release, we work to prevent reattachment, retrain oral and body mechanics, and create new, healthy patterns that support long-term success. From smoother feeding to easier breathing, we guide your child’s body toward comfort, balance, and full recovery.

Craniosacral Therapy & Myofascial Release
Primitive Reflex Integration

Our hands-on approach helps release deep tension patterns that may be affecting your child’s comfort, posture, and development. For babies and young children experiencing challenges like torticollis or plagiocephaly, this therapy supports natural alignment, eases compensatory movement patterns, and creates space for more balanced, coordinated growth.

By reducing strain in the nervous and muscular systems, we support smoother progress in both gross and fine motor skills helping your child feel more at ease in their own body.

Primitive reflexes are early movement patterns that help babies survive, grow, and connect with the world. Over time, these reflexes are meant to fade as the brain matures—but when they remain active longer than expected, they can quietly interfere with posture, coordination, attention, and emotional regulation.

We assess and integrate retained reflexes using play-based, body-centered techniques that support the brain-body connection. Whether due to birth complications, missed milestones like crawling, or developmental delays, our work helps restore natural movement patterns so your child can learn, play, and grow with greater ease.

Safe and Sound by Integrated Listening Systems

Our Integrated Listening Services, including the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), use specially filtered music to gently support your child’s emotional regulation, reduce auditory sensitivity, and promote a deep sense of safety.

In just a few hours of listening, we help shift the nervous system out of “fight or flight” and into a state where learning, connection, and calm can thrive. It’s a simple, non-invasive way to support the foundation for attention, behavior, and self-regulation at home, in school, and beyond.
